Voter's Edge California is the easiest single nonpartisan website the author of this LibGuide has found to get  information about local, federal and state information.  It "is a joint project of MapLight and the League of Women Voters of California Education Fund (LWVCEF)." National Voter Information Guides

"The U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) was established by the Help America Vote Act of 2002 (HAVA). EAC is an independent, bipartisan commission charged with developing guidance to meet HAVA requirements, adopting voluntary voting system guidelines, and serving as a national clearinghouse of information on election administration."  (Source, EAC Website)

"Rock the Vote is a nonpartisan nonprofit dedicated to building the political power of young people."  (Rock the Vote's Website)  The website has resources for voters aimed mainly at 18-24 year olds.

Vote 411 is a non-partisan voter information site created by the League of Women Voters.  It has both information on both state and federal elections.
