Searching for Information

When you're searching for a country's socioeconomic, political, financial data and other business information think about a few things and go beyond just searching on the name of the country:

  1. What do you want to know about regarding your target country (education levels, human rights, balance of trade, infrastructure...)?
  2. What kind of information are you looking for (numbers, data/statistics, narrative, current or historic...)?
  3. Who might collect that information (governments, aid organizations, financial institutions...

Each of these questions are going to help you determine where to look for help and how to form the question you're trying to answer.
