The ADS team understands disabilities from a social model of disability, not a deficit model. Recognizing that the environment and attitudes can have an impact on a student’s abilities, we seek to accommodate students by removing barriers to their access in all areas of their campus and college life, especially the classroom. Our goal is to help students achieve their full potential and meet the high standards of academic rigor and excellence expected of Dominican students.
