Priority Registration Deadline!
Sunday, March 8, 2020
Students eligible to present are those working on their undergraduate or graduate theses/capstone projects (even if it is in the proposal stage), including:
Students who register before the deadline have priority when the conference schedule is created. This means that students who register by the deadline will be grouped with other students from their major and and will be scheduled as best as possible according to their preferred presentation window (i.e. afternoon or evening)
Students who register after the deadline are still eligible to present at the conference, however, the will be scheduled in available time slots. We can't guarantee that they will present in the same room or time window as the rest of students from their major.
If you would like to share the full text of your oral or poster presentation online you may send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. This is highly encouraged but not mandatory. People may miss your presentation or they may want to go back an look at your poster or read the text of your presentation and view your slides. Having it in Dominican Scholar is the easiest way to share your materials and increase your professional online presence with a permanent link to your materials.
